The role

You will build Blume's growth engine from first principles. Working directly with the founders, you will sharpen our positioning, find repeatable distribution, and turn customer insight into better marketing and product decisions.

You will

  • Own the path from awareness to activation and retention.

  • Run focused experiments across content, community, partnerships, and product-led growth.

  • Talk to developers, turn what you learn into clear messaging, and measure what works.

  • You have driven growth at an early-stage software company.

  • You understand technical audiences and can earn their trust.

  • You combine strong writing, analytical judgment, and hands-on execution.
